like me ,, is not just your plroblem ,, im new player when i create my charachter the game keeps loading

and very strange because until yesterday I was playing regular and now that bug just happen, i have tried reinstall the game but nothing different than before happen

i have tried login on another account and the bug doesn't happen but on my main charcther it's just impossible to login
