i was wondering what this dragon king's ability shit is. i checked out some vids on youtube and i couldn't find anything special. but all i know is that you can get these special abilities from shenron. how many times can you get the dragonballs in open beta?

They basically increase your main skills by 20% (1 skill at a time)
You get them by collecting the dragonballs and summoning Shenron.
You can gather the DBs however many times you want! -
