Just try to log in withouth any vpn like that, if you are going to use an VPN just use the google one, that works with everything

You can no longer access DBOG through VPN Services such as Hotspot Shield. The reason being is due to the recent spam bot attacks that have been taking place, so action is being taken to do our (Well Daneos's) best to stop it. Why do you need a VPN for DBOG anyways? No one is gonna grab your ip or track you down.

ok about that i need vpn cause in my college i use the college wifi and they prevent All sort of games

So becuase this i need Vpn Programsdo you live in china or the middle east? cause it doesnt really matter what you do on the internet on campuses here in the states. restrictions are Torrents and Porn in most cases.

VPN should work fine. Maybe your VPN blocked the required ports?
Try to use a different vpn or try to open port 20200 if possible -
