I am not sure if in the old servers you could fly at hyperspeed without an item, but now at lvl 30 it seems you can fly without them. New or not I like it 
Not sure if new or memory is bad, but I like it.

Official DBO you needed the scroll to fly at hyper speed, here I believe you just need AP. One of the better "quality of life" improvements imo.

ya you needed the dash scrolls to go hyperspeed in retail DBO. But now its built-in so you dont need scrolls.. and also your A.P doesn't deplete now when you are just floating in air(staying still in one place) .

It's great, an improve of the flight system. Was so boring on old TW the flight. We was like lazy squirrels on the skies.
