Hi I would like to know if is just me or anyone RP bar not work, like goes all the way up but not save the boost? Also my HTB attack every time I press says "wrong state" and m character freezes. I'm presuming this is a bug?

The RP bar and skills not working is a bug that happens when you die and re-spawn. All you have to do is re-log and it will work again.
The HTB are not yet working due to them not being configured correctly yet. if anyone tries to use one it will freeze your character in place and you must re-log.
Both of these have already been reported in the Bug thread (located in my signature) feel free to look around for an others you might have experienced.
