I don't know what can I do, I do all fine but when I up to the tower I can't talk with anyone npc, I forfeit all the quests to get it again and try to it Works but now when I try to use the korin spell it just says "quest failed" everytime I try it.

rejoin the channel and right click korin spell 1 time, then rejoin again like 2 times, it worked to me with another item that started a quest

my account name is AmpethIt *might be* that you already finished that quest, if you can't go inside the tower then you haven't finish Aizi's chain quest.
You could follow *This Guide* with videos and stuff to finish it, but if you ARE inside the tower and it's bugged you could also try *This Fix*.

mmmh I can up and down from the tower, and I'm already check the guides but I can't fix the quest, in the last link I can say I can do all ok until the step 8 when he don't give me any mission, I never can talk with him
