Add the new feature from Scouter NPC for x amount of days to give charges to scouter preventing other players to scan you. Example, 100k zeni for a week, great zeni sync mechanic.

As first DBO versions You could check powerlevel, find dragon balls etc. Later they added option that You can inspect gear.
Imagine PvP budokai, i look my final battle oponent, i waiting when he first enter arena and i already know he got speed attack or something gear. I can equip myself on reflect and enter battle. What my oponent do? He must change gear during battle and waste his time, becouse he already noticed i wear now reflect, not other things that i had before arena.For me scouters could be item as dogi, or like glasses -> for "good looking".
i dont understand your problem i win 2 kid budokai on taiwan server and 2 on hongkong server i always unequip my gear after arena fight ends so that my next oppoment cant scan my gear at waiting time outside of the arena and it works fine and nobody have time at arena fight start to scan his oppoment first and attack then

This is very annoying, i don't like ppl seeing my gears like many other ppl, we should be able to hide our gears like in old dbo.

chitoxp ur spam doesnt make any sensé why do you want scan gear? I dont want you to see my gears so its my right to disable it hence why we need thé Old option, and u Silly i know many ppl who scan gears to tell opponent of said scanned player what hé wears thus giving unfair advantage, this shouldnt even be à debate i should HAVE THE RIGHT to hide my gears because i dont want tards to scan me.
What makes you unnable to do the same? scan your enemy too to see what he will wear to fight you..

In that way 30% more chances to win got person who's enter fight as second person, becouse can fast change gear and know oponent gear.

I think the best way to solve such issue is by closing the threads that seem to have these "toxic" people.
You need to be less hostile lol. You won't make much more sense than they would when they act mad or act like "they know" what you don't.

I Specified i'm a PvE player so my opinion is shared by both sides, i understand the frustration that all you went through to think about what armor to use for what specific time someone just goes up to you and bang, time wasted since he can see it, as well as understand the shit about the new players, but someone gave a solid argument here, just make a poll and let the majority decide tbh.

1. Daneos isnt going to change anything major until after everything is fixed idk why we even have a suggestion section 2. This was a feature that was alteady in this game lol and no one liked it other than noobs 3. Dbo is a PvP based game, Proof ? Dojo, budokai, scamble, dbos biggest events are all pvp, so focusing on pvp is best. 4. If we let the majority of this forum decide things right now we would have Fighters with a 100% dodge and crit chance buff . Idk how Daneos plans on balancing shit but if he lets all of the forum to decide it will never be balanced and that was dbos biggest down fall, balance, ask anyone who played dbo and was a hardcore pvper they will tell you balance was the main thing they hated.

SpritulistNO I THINK IN KID BUDOKAI YOU HAVE MAYBE ONLY ONE TYPE OF SET - CON (LP) SET.
Low levels characters dont use Anticrit gear, Confusion etc. etc. becouse jewelry on 29 level got maybe 1% resistance, so You don't need to change gear before any battle. Maybe only Energy/Pysical defense.
In 70 level battles You must change Your jewelry too! So if You never played Adult Budokai, You got no idea how easier is battle if You know oponent gear.
I just want to hide my gear that my duel partners can't see. If any newbie ask me what he should wear I'll try to help him. He don't need to inspect me.
