how do I collect the pieces for TMQ?

i'm having the same issue and can't seem to figure out what i'm doing wrong or if its a bug?

if i remember correctly u have to kill mobs and when its completed u go to get reward(crystal)

Discard the quest backpack and quest and try again

i tired this several times and still not working.

You have to:

1) Take the quest.
2) Kill the needed amounts of mobs close to your level.
3) BOOM, quest done, take reward at NPC.

Those who are new players close to your level means within 5. During my TMQ Live Stream yesterday even for TMQ 1 being level 57 I had to go to red map and kill level 52+ mobs after getting tmq 1 quest and for tmq 2-5 as well
