The upgrade coupons have been disabled because it makes the game too easy. This was decided among the community as a whole a few months ago and majority won. It's not very hard to upgrade gear anyway and makes it more fun to collect the materials for it.

The HTB skills have not yet been coded properly so they don't work yet. they will be added in when Daneos updates the global update thread

If you mean the game lags a little bit when you hand in a quest then i guess it happens for everyone. it takes a little bit of time to process what has happened for your character and to update the database with that information. This should be soothed out by the time the game moves onto Open-Beta
