This is kamehameha level 5 (222 energy damage, 166% energy damage) vs destructo disk level 1 (119% energy damage).
How is destructo disk doing more damage with the initial hit than kamehameha?
Is this a bug? or what?
IF there's a list of formulas for each skill in the game, please do link me to the thread. Really having a hard time deciding on what class to play, when this damage done with skills makes absolutely no sense to me. >_>

Even if defense is stronger now, it's 222 + 166% (Kamehameha lvl 5) VS 119% (destructo disk lvl 1), and destructo disk is doing more damage with initial hit alone.
Either way it's only a kid skill, you're not going to use it as an adult, so keep going with w/e class you want to play or watch some youtube videos of the class you want being lvl 70.

It's bugged super Kamehameha and giant Kamehameha act the same way.

DOT damage is now based on attackers offence and targets defence.

Yes, but I'm not talking about DOT damage. I'm talking about the initial hit of destructo disk, which isn't a dot effect.
The way he wrote that makes me think that that change only applies to the DoT portion of the skill and not the inital hit (if it has one, like destructo disk has)

I don't really know what other proof I can give you other than damage dealt. Weapon doesn't seem very relevant to me, since whatever the damage is on it applies to both skills, but there you go.

I think it the same way with super and giant kameha too, I just dont got a turtle to test it on
