So I got to level 40 and I heard very conflicting things about wishing and stuff so I have to ask. When you get the 7 dragonballs at around level 20-21, when you summon Shenron with those, do you only get the Popo box thing? If you get the Dragon Balls from the Event, can you wish for more like SSJ at level 40? Just a little unclear what the things are with those..

ok so theres several types of tiers for dragonballs
the dragonballs you get from the quest level 4ish to 20ish can only give you armour as they are tier 3 dragonballsthe dragonballs from the event are tier 2 dragonballs in which you can at level 40 use to get gear, ssj, and buff skills
the teir 1 dragonballs are the best and cant only be obtained via budokai (unavailable at the moment)
note:you can not combine dragonballs of different tiers to get the 7 balls of a wish

The Tier 3 Dragon Balls come from the Dragon Ball Scramble Event. Budokai gets you mudosa points, sensu beans, and the chance to win the coin/token things to use at mudosa village vendors.
