Hey guys! So i've encountered a problem with the scouter merchant. When you buy any scouter from at least the merchants in korin/aria waterfall/namekian dungeon, but most likely every scouter merchant the effects like db hunt/equipment scan/etc does not work. I hope this can be fixed before saturday's db hunt, because after buying the scouter in aria waterfall and thinking it had every function i wanted i threw the fully working one away -_-'

Someone else wrote this on the forums earlier.
Since the last update any scouter you buy will not have any working added features.
Wait until the global update thread shows it's fixed and you'll have to buy again. until then you just have a normal scouter
Yes, i did everything. The thing is, when i hover my cursor on the scouter before it is bought all the effects show up, but after i buy it they disappear

I'm sorry that the shady scouter merchant sold you a dud scouter and he should be punished
But until then i'm glad you have good spirits about it. we can't do much more than be patient.
Someone else did? Was pretty sure i searched every possible title and tags for such a problem. (unless you're talking about me, because i posted this in the bug thread as well, but it's seemed to be overflowed with posts)
