aboute LP,EP and RP

LP = stats from your armor (LP or CON = Constitution)
EP = same (EP or ENG = Energy)

RP = Rage points, you can charge with Z or get when damaged, if you use RP balls with your skills you can give extra effects (more damage, less cooldown, more duration, knockdown, guardbreak). Quite useful in PvP but also in PvE sometimes.

To raise your LP and EP, without buffs, you have to get clothes with that stat.
It'll say something like "Increases Max LP by ..." or EP, according to whichever is the stat.

Now, RP, it raises on its own while you level up.
To fill the bar you have to do the Lv 4 TLQ which gives you the skill "Power Up".
All RP really serves for is for you to use special effects from some skill.

Click on this button beside any of your skills and it'll open a new window like this
Each skill has a set of effects that you can choose from, you can only get 1.
To use them you have to have your RP bar full and press the skill you wanna use in order to use it with the effect you chose.

To fill the bar you have to do the Lv 4 TLQ which gives you the skill "Power Up".
The NPC there will teach you about it.

When you have one selected on your skill you can simply hold down the hotkey for said skill and it'll apply automatically

Example:
if you have a punch with the power (red) and you have at least 1 RP ball filled up when you target a mob and hold down the punch hotkey you have it registered to instead of pressing it and letting go you hold it down, your character will glow a little with a blue aura and the attack will go as normal but it will deal more damage.

Or instead of pressing the hot key you can do the same as above but hold down the right mouse button on the skill you wish to pick.

IF you haven't set an RP effect on a skill when you hold down the button for said skill you want to use one for the screen will load up all of the RP affects that skill can have and you'll have roughly 1 second to press 1,2,3,4,5, or 6 depending on which effect you want to apply.

The NPC in question is Grandpa Gohan In the first Time Rift you fall into which you can take as a quest when you hit level 4.

No. some have RP affects available at level 1 while others unlock more as you invest more PS into them. it'll show you on the menu as you try to apply a RP onto the skill in-game.

There are 3 basic skills different from others, you dont learn this from leveling up, you learn this by TLQ's.

TLQ's are quests with Skills as reward. There are only 3. Charge, guard and dash.

Charge - hold Z
Guard - hold R
Dash - double right click or tap W twice, fast

When u have the skill Charge, you charge RP by holding Z, when u have 1 RP ball or above you can use skill effects by doing what JackalPT said, and then held down the skill key which has the RP effect.

Pick which ability you want to put onto the skill.

Red is more attack power
Purple means you ahve a chance to Knock the enemy you use it on Over onto the floor
Green is reducing the cost of EP that it uses
Blue reduces the cooldown until you can use it again
Yellow means the side affect it has will last longer
Pink one in the corner is used in PvP which means if you use that effect when another user is using their Guard skill "R" then you'll break it and do lots more damage than regular

Those are 5 effects, some skills have more some skills have less. Click on 1 from those effects and click Ok.
Then held down the key from that skill to use the rp effect
