He needs time to check through every single reported player and check the logs on their accounts to see what they've done. He can't just click "Ban" on everyone reported for the cases on people who actually just bought it with their zeni from the vendors or AH. How pissed off would you be if you bought it for all your hard earned zeni then got banned for it?
