Server Maintenance 16.04.2017

    Server is online again.


    * Updates
    - Summon Pets
    - Processing all Packets like retail DBO. Will increase server stability and fixes some bugs but increases the time of received packets being processed. Need to test performance.
    - Items from CC Vending Machine have bind activated by default
    - Need to be lv 30 or higher to be able to sell at auction house.



    * Fixes
    - DOT debuffs now stack.
    - When a monster dodges/resist the first attack, then the aggro did not trigger.
    - Targets defence property no longer ignored when attacker does not have an offence property.
    - Unable to crit target when trying to knock down.
    - Unable to get knocked down while paralyzed.
    - Issue with Updating/Delete required items at exchange NPCs.
    - Not receiving any items out of a box which have possibility to give multiple items.
    - Security checks when using following Items: Mr. Popos Memory, Name Change Book, Self Revive Popo, Reset Skill Book & Reset Skill Book+.
    - "Query Fail" error when using Mr. Popos Memory for the first time.
    - Update Teleport window after deleting a location.
    - Recover LP correctly after using "Self Revive Popo"
    - Weird characters appearing up in chat
    - Instantly standing up after getting knocked down.
    - (Knocked down) Not standing up when bar ends.
    - Increase AP regeneration correctly calculated.
    - A better way to check if the "freeze stun" debuff caster moved away from position



    * Other Updates
    - Removed the caching system from character server because it is no longer required and confused players.



    * Info
    - All bugged items from the "Event Reward" NPC has been removed.
    - All titles which were obtained with a bug have been removed.
    - Items which were bugged due to the "Item Exchange Update/Delete" bug have been deleted
