So far the DBO G team is working on restoring the game back to how it once was, like how it was with the official servers hosted by Wasabii and Netmarble. This means, restoring all the skills, stat calculations, fixing any bugs (like quests that are bugged) etc. There are currently no plans at this time to add in more levels until the pre open beta is finished. I will say this though - there was an unreleased map (the Franfran Desert South) which did remain in the game files. So NTL (the retail game developer) did plan on releasing that map as possibly a level 75 - 80 map but unfortunately plans didn't fall through.
Questing will be easier for players in the open beta, as all the quests will be functional, and all stat adjustments and skills will be working correctly by then.
If any player wants to make a suggestion they are also free to make a new thread, as that is what the subsection on the forums has been created for.
