No servers in server selection

Hi, Sorry I'm not an avid forum user but I'm struggling to find an answer for my issue. Apologies if I am posting this in totally the wrong place or whatever but yeah. I can log in just fine and everything seems okay but when I get to the server selection screen there are no servers to select? Again, apologies if I'm just being a total noob and have missed something really obvious.

Never mind, I somehow got it to work. For the record I clicked yes for the new patch then let it do it then I exited it all and ran DGO as admin and "Global" appeared after that. Dunno if what I did is relevant but yeah.
