Btw, with the "stun reduction", being a Dende is horrible. There's a moment that your paralysis only does damage.
Horrible was always 3s duration, in TW after few usages stun was reduced to 0.5s (or 0.1 cant remember).
Also it happens that when you lure a group of mobs, some of them won't take any dmg from aoe.
And their react aggro is somehow slower.
That update messed a lot.
I gotta agree with it being an annoying issue. I've suffered from it in UDs and just grinding. I can't do my usual kill after kill of mobs if every time I kill one or two mobs my skills stop working then I gotta switch channels. Hopefully this problematic situation will get resolved soon.

I knew he caught on already, two days ago tempest said it was being worked on to get fixed and it hasn't been fixed. Which left me to assume its a bigger issue than we thought if it takes 3 or more days.
Yup. he's experimenting with ways to stop it happening but it's not 100% yet. there will be an update when a stable fix has been found.

i also been having this problem, but have no one else noticed that once your in the 'cant cast skill now' state than the mobs do not fight back ? because to me every time this happen i am able to still hit them passively but the mobs themselves don't a[trophy][/trophy]ctually fight back.

Yeah, dodge rate calculation was changed, i don't know if it is because of that, or there is something wrong.
As a dark warrior i used to farm with 3 skills, demon wave, which has returned to his original damage, special beam cannon and energy siege, now i have to use 4-5 skills to kill, and the worst thing is that even after 4 skills, there are still mobs that didn't suffer damage.
