I know I made a thread about my SM build, but this one is about a more "realistic" build that I need help with.
Hybrid Build meant for Crit and CD. Unfortunately, I couldn't fit Scintillation into the build. Concentration is at 1 because 11 points doesn't make much of a difference in CD for skills, especially when using CD Reduction RP effect. I also asked around what skills were used with a CD build and I was told that Burning Attack was the center of it or something.
Anyway, thoughts?
