i don't know if low levels are the same problem, but a bug in game don't drop the quest itens, and, we can't finish then. Please fix this, because is impossible to level up without the quests.
The quest itens of lvl 49-52 don't drop

Please sue the search bar before posting a duplicate thread.
Press "J" and remove the quest items from your quest inventory. the quests around that level are bugged and do not remove the collected items when you hand in the quest.
