Someone with the same problem? I did log out to characters menu and got black screen. Restart the game as well and still get black screen after login.

same problem here, but it happens 2 times out of 3 . At the third try i just left it for a few minutes then i got to the character select menu ( sorry for my poor english

I always run the game from the launcher. By the way. the game doesnt seem to be working properly after the boss event has started. I noticed that Fat Majins still appear even after the event is taking place, which is not supposed to happen. Also, I tried to change my equipment set and I couldnt change it... The item just not move or switch.
