To all people having problems with windows 10, try compactibility mods using windows 7 .
My pc is like 15 years old and its running dbo normaly so I don't see how so many people have problem with it. It must be windows 10 thats it.
works fine for me, maybe your computer doesn have enough cpu to run win10 with dbo

its not windows 10, i play on windows 10 and it runs dbo normaly
I recommend you use Windows 7. You'll never have any problems with 7.
Windows 10 is a bit better for in game experience because of dx12, but overall I think most people agree Windows 7 is just neater.
That's my opinion anyway.
