This problem occurred for me yesterday i simply waited about 15 to 30 minuets and tried again and everything works just fine i didn't have to reinstall anything, if you're having this problem still id suggest checking your network connection and checking your firewall (Also make sure your files are in (C:)) and if these don't checkout and you're still having issues, then reinstall.
