• As the tittle suggests, I think it would be a good ideal to re-implement this system for events. If you don't know what the Web Depot system is or how it works, for example DBOG finally releases and Danoes decides to have a login event; login a certain many of times and you get a reward. so say first day you login you receive a " General Practice Capsule" witch contains EXP boost, Small LP auto pot and a Small EP auto pot, and the rewards starts to progressively get better. To claim the rewards you would have to login to the dbog homepage go to "Web Depot" and claim the reward, it will appear in the Cash Shop Inventory. Overtime it will look something like this.

You do you guys think ?

  • taiwan dbo had this event that you log in to website and register the reward and you get an item

but my opinion would be that the log in event be in the game it self that if you log in to the game you get a 1 day register, and by registering 7 days you get a reward.most of online games has this login event.

  • The Web Depot making a return is indeed an interesting topic. Although it did contain both positive and negative elements as a feature. The main reason as to why it was beneficial was due to it being a system designed to help encourage and reward players for logging in during specific periods of time. Considering most MMO's have some sort of rewards system, and the Web Depot did play a big part in old DBO.

Unfortunately a negative aspect of the Web Depot system did encourage more illegal activity in regards to accounts back in retail DBO, which is why the system might need to be reviewed, as this could certainly impact and conflict with DBO G's Code of Conduct and Game Policy.

However, as Hardlock mentioned in his post nothing is set in stone yet and the feature currently is in the process of being discussed.
