Alternatively you can ask a game-master to assist you with the situation.

Send a ticket about the story, or a message to the game masters listed below, and if you have proof that you shared your account with the named person, they can either ask him to return your items, or he might face consequences.

I'm pretty sure you shared your account with someone and by doing that you agree that DBOG is not responsible and will not restore any lost/stolen Items/Accounts/Characters, share at your own risk.
