We all use it, yet it doesn't get any updates nor more info about the specific skill (like if it requires your sub weapon). It'll also be confusing when Open Beta starts since we won't be starting at level 70. so it'll need updating anyway. The suggestion is more towards giving more info on skills than what is currently shown. If we're going to use it to plan our builds, then we need to know everything about each and every skill so we don't have to wait a week for fixing one mistake.
