Greetings to all members of the Dragon Ball Online Global community,
The Dragon Ball Online Global Staff would like to inform all members about the important changes that are going to be made to Gear and Equipment. This change will effect all players of DBO G, and will be implemented immediately after the next scheduled maintenance update.
The following equipment/gear/accessories will now bind to your character once equipped:
- All Crafted Jackets (Amour), Pants and Boots
- All Crafted Weapons and Sub Weapons
- All level 70 gear that you can obtain through drops (Jacket, Pants and Boots)
- All level 55 - 70 Weapons and Sub Weapons that can be obtained through drops
- Mudosa Accessories (Rings, Earrings and Necklace)
The reasons for this alteration, is to help counteract the problem with scamming, and +15 selling that occurs over DBO G on a daily basis. This update will also hopefully help encourage players to farm their own gear/accessories. Players will now have to purchase unseal coins from the cash shop if they wish to unbind and trade the item(s). Unseal coins will eventually be implemented as a drop in dungeons.
If you have borrowed or lent gear to any other players, then it is advised that you ask them for your equipment back otherwise they will have to purchase unbind coins in order to trade the equipment back, as the gear will bind to their character. The DBO G Staff will NOT be responsible for any players who didn't know about this change and will not award any players unseal coins or restore gear/equipment to the rightful owner.
If you already have gear equipped after the next scheduled maintenance update, you will be able to remove the gear off your character but once you equip the items again they will then be bound to that character.
