whats the max lvl speed on a crafted weapon? i thought it was 24% but all im getting are 20% and iv crafted soooo many weapons (around like 500?) and i have 22 wands at 20% havent gotten any higher... did daneos change it or am i just being unlucky?

no it was never beyond 21%

legendary items i think can go to 26% if i recall someone feel free to correct me on this statement.
but josh is 100% correct on crafted items its 21%
