I have heared that torrent isnt a good download link . Try with google or something and look in youtube:)

Torrent is the safest download you will have, it doesnt corrupt your files unlike other direct downloads.

Anyway, check your firewall and antivirus.

Maybe its blocking the game, and run the launcher as administrator.

disable your antivirus and run as admin.

or you can try create a new pc user with admins privilege and try run the game again
