What class should i pick between this two classes 
What class should i pick for pvp and pve, Poko or Ultimate Majin ?

Ultimate used to be great for PvP until resist was capped. Having played poko extensively, I can say that I beat almost every class except fighter and their retarded resist.
Beyond that, it's your choice
