I would like to know the times of the dragonball hunt for PST. I keep heaing mixed mumbo jumbo all over this forum and nothing feels 100% solid to me. Also... why only Saturdays at ridiculous times and why are they ridiculously hard to find... I have a full time job and I work weekends... Tha f@ck people?

The right time is based on the game server time which is CEST.
So if you are living in the different country you have to convert it to meet your time zone.
*Common Dragonball hunt information*
The level difference to hunt the dragon balls during an event is 5. So hunting anywhere between these lvls can get you DragonBalls easily.
I request developers to build scouters in such a way that they dont show other Dragon balls which exceeds the lvl 5 difference, doing so will make the scouter very usefull in finding the Dragonballs .

yes you should hunt mob which are in a range 5 lvl above or below , only that way you will be able to get Dragon balls .

So are you saying that I should be in an area 5 lvls above or below my own?
Etc for which mobs drops balls if they have DB mark by levels: 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, <45>, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50.
