DELETE +15 TICKETS FROM HONEY EVENT

  • Apocalypse 's definition of P2W isn't as wrong as you may think.

This Honey Bee event with +15 tickets is only this week, and the only farming period for it has already passed. I'm certain nobody got 250 honey blocks all alone in that period. Which means to get tickets, especially multiple tickets for an entire set, you must buy honey. Who has that much zeni? The guys with the boxes, Kid Clocks, and dogis. Naturally cashers would get a bigger advantage on how many tickets they can get. Hell, that may just be why Daneos allowed honey to be sell-able AND let tickets be keep-able. People paying top-dollar for limited-access OP shit would definitely be in his interests. How convenient a new cash-shop item comes out alongside it.

But this isn't about cashers vs non-cashers, nor assumptions on Daneos. The bigger issue, even for Daneos, is that lvl70's PvE will be destroyed fast at this rate. The game's final frontier, CC150, won't stand a chance against anyone who's saved up a handful of +15 tickets. A quickly-dead PvE-game isn't good for anyone.

  • Using that logic why haven't the players with +13-14 axes won the tournament?

Sorry to disappoint you but this game still requires some skill.

Skill you say? It doesn't take much skill to be a good pvper if you have really good gear. Literally all you need is good ping, good gear, and a little experience on how to take down any class in the entire game and you're set to be the winner in budokai. There are a lot more variables to winning budokai than just "skill" a lot of players who make it past preliminary only make it past prelims because they had their guild to support their victory. Quantity beats quality in this case. Considering that the non-korean/HK/TW speaking can play this game without dealing with the difficulty of the language barrier, there are tons of experienced players who don't have the time to invest into gearing. However they can instantly get the best gear now thanks to these coupons cutting the game's life span significantly.

Regardless if it affects PvE or PvP the most either way it's definitely better for cashers and worse for the game's life span.

Is that right? is that why there are some players in America/Canada where the server is basically located can't win even though they have good gear aswell? most players that win are European.
