Step 1: Download: LINK and Extract the file with winrar to the folder Dragon Ball Online Global

Step 2: Open NVIDIA Pannel

Step 3: Click on manage 3d parameter, parameter program and add DBOG.EXE

Step Final : Change parameter like that, apply and enjoy:
