You need to kill mobs and wait for them to respawn. They have a chance to respawn as dragonball mobs that only you can see on the radar (only the person who killed the original mob will be able to see it)

But about the level, i'am level 40. The mob need what level.

+- 5 levels... so you are 40 you can kill mobs 35-45

tho even if you dont see other players db icon you can still get it lol
