Ok so this has been going on for a good while now. When I put in the correct information to login when I start the game (I even retrieved my username and password incase i had the wrong stuff) clicking start makes all the buttons gray out a bit and I have to wait to click anything again. I went to the launcher to see if I was outdated but it had no updates to give.

Normally it turns grey and an extra window pops up if this is your first time. Simply scroll all the way down and then you'll be able to continue (it's a legal/restriction test about the game). This has to be only done once.

I have problems with login too. Even if i put USER and PASS correct or wrong then all functions is like beeng press and after while i can write USER and PASS again and nothing happend, sometimes app is closing ;/

No extra window is popping up, I've played the game before and was almost to the point of becoming an adult (at least from what other players told me)

it seems that your files are bugged or firewall or antivirus is "protecting" you from DBOG.

I tried these and even reset my password again trying to log in on the website, but now I can't even log in there because apparently the password it gave me is wrong.

then it is best to send in a ticket with information what is going on (pictures, personal information about the account,) but not with your password, as staff already will know.

For some reason it sended the discord channel, my mistake.
In discord you can talk to staff members in private.

ok so now i redownloaded the game but the launcher just sits there saying download is at 0% and patch is at 0%

normally it should say a new launcher should be possible to get and you have to click continue.
I'm not sure what exactly the problem is at the moment as i've never seen so many errors at once. It's best you contact some1 from the staff.

Alright so, when it goes to update the launcher, which is the screen I mentioned earlier, a box shows up and says: "Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.
Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Dragonball Online Global\DBOGLauncher.exe' is denied."
This may help to figure out what's wrong.
I also retrieved my account, so that's good.
