select a target bugs out sometimes

Srry if this has been posted already but couldnt find it. please link to post if it has been reported:

sometimes the character will lose the target even though it has the red ring around it.

So bug happens if you first click on the skill and then target the npc.

if you click first on the target and then the skill this bug does not occur
