cant enter pvp ranking. it doesent matter which button u click u wont be able to enter ranking or cancel it. all what u can do is wait until the countdown is over or restart the game.

That's weird.
Try and reset the launcher by opening the patcher_config.xml and change patch_version="XX" to patch_version="0" and let the launcher re-patch the game.

Edit: it seems like the problem only appears on windows 7.
