Party Keeps Disappearing

I am having a problem with the party system. When i login to the game after logout or exiting the game. My party is gone as if i never joined one or never created its just empty. Also if i invite the old members again it just says that they already belong to a party.

Please can anyone help because whenever i create or join a party it just disappears at my next login.
