I don't understand why some skills shows 2 different physical damage. One is higher and the other much lower. I'm a fighter..I'm talking about fighter skills. What's the difference? Which one of the two matters?

you mean like skill physical damage 250
skill physical damage 112%
some attacks have a % multiplier other, attack only have ther base skill damage, other skills have boths
it is all for damage calculation but as normal player you dont need to no the formula
