Today i gatherd all balls(lvl32) i summond the dragon and i could not get the ssj skill ....
I saw a guy at youtube that had it unlocked at lvl 37 .
At what lvl you can you get the ssj skill from the dragon ?
Lvl 40 ? Or below lvl 40 ?
At what lvl i can get from the dragon the SSJ skill ?

You can get it at lvl 40.
