I don't know if it works in the new client because I only play the old one, but in case it doesn't, it would be cool to be able to bind skills etc. to extra mouse buttons. Other games I have played in the past such as WoW allowed this, so why not.
I badly hurt my finger recently and it made me realize how much I have to twist my hand to reach my skills on the keyboard
