Im lv 70 turtle, yes i know i have noob items, but I would like to know what is the first item you would consider upgrading? (buying or crafting...)
My budget is 100m for now
Out of these, what would you upgrade by order? Turtle heremit

Focus getting speed weapons and upgrade them to +9 and try find some friends to run CC dungeon for accesories. After that you good to go farming for your armor. Best solution would have been to craft armor, but since you noob I guess you dont even have any crafting levels.
