Every quest definitely got wiped. You are probably not the right level, or missing some prerequisite quests.

I was nearly level 31 when reach place where those quests should be. And I don't have anymore quests that are level 8 or lower, so.

Kind a impossible, because all other quests below level 30 still possible to do while that quest line and couple more level 8 quests didn't appear.

Yeah, I will recheck things in game, but I kind a don't know what else to check and recheck.

No Verdant, I went there with a wiped char who hasn't done any quests after the wipe, and I could do the quest, you don't need crazy requisites to do the quest besides being lvl 8 or higher
