Hi i try run game after download it and patch everything but i have problem like that. How to fix it?

Hi, try to disable the antivirus or windows defender and open the launcher as administrator.
Or reinstall the game with antivitus disabled. -
You do not have to download winrar again, just delete the folder and reinstall without the antivirus
