Hey Belst,
This means you have old files. If you have the newest launcher, go to your dbog/pack folder, and your dbog/localize/taiwan/pack folder, and delete all the files that begin with "tbl". There should only be around 5. Then, restart the launcher and let it redownload your files, and your problem should go away.
