Loss of my progress

It's been a while since I've logged back in (I'd say 2-3 years) and I've noticed that all my progress has literally disappeared items, levels, etc... I understood that there were a sever shutdown during my break if I am not mistaken it could be due to that.

You are correct, there was a wipe the Christmas before last. Unfortunately I can't get you the progress you had back, but I can tell you we've put years of work into making everything more fair, and more straightforward to progress. I can give you a head start to level 30 if you like. Welcome back!
