Game account and forum account are separated.
Maybe you trying to login with your forum account?

having the same issue! I've reset the password multiple times checked if caps was on checked if i used a capital checked everything. I can log into the site not the account for the forum here but i cant login to the game.

Hi I'm having the same problem. I can't register a new account because it says the Username, Password or Email have invalid characters but their are no invalid character. I've tried with Chrome, Explorer, and Firefox it still hasn't worked.

Try removing the symbols from the password.

I'm having this problem now. I even changed my password but it still says "Invalid username or password."

The website says that, or the game client does?

The game client said that, but the problem is solved now and I can log in again.
