hi guys im having an issue with the game i log in i can select the characters, even create new ones but when i accept and i select the channel to start playing theres just a black screen... it doesnt go away, any idea what it might be?

It is possible the server is down. Don't worry, there is nothing wrong on your end as you are not the only one experiencing this problem.

this same exact thing is happening to me right now... makes me sad. i was pumped to play when i got home from work.... ugh
