When I used the advanced adventure I was getting double quest Xp with then scrolls then i popped a lvl 30 up and after that the xp scroll stopped giving double xp for quest is this a bug or did using the lvl 30 up prevent me from getting 200% from quest xp

It's likely you were using a 1-30 scroll, or that you changed your title.
