I can't join channel 0

I can join every other channels, but when I try to join channel 0 (even changing channels from another one) the game crashes and shows a pop-up with a lot of '?' marks. I have the game totally updated as far as I know (in the other case it wouldn't let me join any channel). Could be the case that I'm banned for failing three times the bot check? Because I didn't really know how it worked and I was in channel 0 when I failed. Thanks in advance.

UPDATE: reinstalled the game and worked

Hey NitroPlayer96,

What makes you so sure that your game is updated? The most likely cause of crashing on ch0 is your game being out of date and crashing when someone else walks by with a dogi you don't have the files for. Can you send your dbolog.txt here after you reproduce the crash once?

I thought that having the game not updated would make me unable to connect to any channel. Here is my dbolog.txt after having the issue a few minutes ago. (I didn't know how to attach it so I uploaded it to Google Drive) dbolog.txt

Can you just paste the text from it here? Having the game not updated can present problems in different ways, it depends on the update. The last update was a dogi patch so unless you run across someone wearing a new dogi or acquire it yourself, then you may be able to play normally.

Yes here is the text. In fact it could be an update problem because I was playing in channel 1 and suddenly disconnected in an area with other players. However, the launcher doesn't ask me to install any update and executing the updater.exe does nothing as well

Yeah it must be an update problem because I could join channel 0 right know but when I warp to a zone with players it crashes. Would reinstalling the game help with getting the patch?

It should, yeah. Just reopening the launcher should download the patch for you though. What happens when you reopen it?
